This project proposes a maker-space for art and design graduates and creative start-ups to develop and grow their practice. The concept name is “Different Every Day” and it challenges repetitive workplace routines by creating a dynamic environment that constantly evolves, encouraging creativity and new ways of thinking. The multidisciplinary studio fosters collaboration, interaction and freedom from rigid industry structures. Encouraging the users in learning, experimenting and expressing ideas.

These renders show different viewpoints from across the space. They demonstrate how users can remain visually connected to surrounding activities, encouraging creativity through constant exposure to ideas and influences.

The 3D model was developed Revit, demonstrating skills in technical modelling. Final visuals were produced using Enscape, communicating materiality, lighting and atmosphere.

Floor plans

The floor plans were generated from the Revit model, showing the spatial layout and organisation of the interior. The rendering was completed in Photoshop to enhance visual clarity, tone and presentation.

The elevations illustrate how users move through the space, while highlighting key design features that visually and physically connect different floors.

This exploded axonometric shows the different zones within the space, colour coded to highlight recurring functions across each floor. This approach encourages users to explore the building freely, rather than being restricted to a single level based on activity.
